📢 Reliability means internal consistency in terms of ratting Likert scale items (no matter what the type of the Likert scale is like three-point, forced four-point, five-point or seven point scale);

✅ The Likert scale items are called observed variables, whereas the title of the variable given to each section is called a latent variable;

✅ The Likert type items need to correlate together to show a high reliability α (or coefficient alpha) = .70 or above for an acceptable reliability of the Likert scale survey.

✅ After showing a good reliability (α≥.70), the different Likert scale items can be computed to form a composite score.

✅ It is worth noting that one questionnaire can consist of different Likert scales that form different variables in the study like independent, dependent, moderator and mediator variables.

✅ The current template allows for showing all these characteristics by having a table with columns of Scales, Number of Items per each scale, Alpha Cronbach and total values. Moreover, the interpretation of the different thresholds and even references are provided. The interpretation can be reworded for the sake of originality.
